Yes, due to state licensing requirements, we can only see you if you are physically located in Indiana at the time of the visit.
Do you see Medicare or Medicaid Patients
Unfortunately, we are unable to see Medicare or Medicaid patients at this practice.
Do you take health insurance?
No, we don’t bill a third party payer such as private insurance or medicare/medicaid for our services. This allows us to offer lower prices. However, your health insurance is important for laboratory or imaging services we order. Remember to provide your health insurance to your lab or imaging center at the time of service. We will collect your payment information at the time of service.
Is your video app secure?
Absolutely! We use fully secure telecommunication platform Vsee Health, used by NASA.
Do you use electronic health records?
Yes. We use a full practice HIPAA-compliant electronic health records VSEE for virtual visit, messaging, documentation and electronic prescribing. Patient portal is available for patients from the app store.
Do I need and appointment or can I enter waiting room any time?
We offer scheduled appointments only, however, if you have an urgent need for primary care services, send us a message and we will try to accommodate you.
How do I transfer my medical records to you?
Please visit our Forms page and submit a release of information request.
Can you prescribe controlled substances?
Yes, with the following limitations based on Indiana rules: We can not prescribe any opioids during a virtual visit. We can prescribe controlled substances such as ADHD treatments and some non-opioid pain medications once we have reviewed a treatment plan regarding the medication from your previous provider, whom you have seen in the past 12 months.
Do you see children in your clinic?
Currently, we only see adults 18 years and older
Do I still need a primary care provider if I see my provider here?
As we exclusively provide care through video visits, we strongly encourage you to have a primary care provider who can see and examine you in person when necessary.
